Conditions of participation
  1. Participation cost for a single person:
    - EBM Basic Course (EBM-P): 3500 PLN
    - EBM Advanced Course (EBM-Z): 4000 PLN
    - HTA Basic Course (HTA-P): 3500 PLN
    - HTA Advanced Course (HTA-Z): 4500 PLN
    - Medical Databases Course (BIM): 4000 PLN
    - ICH Good Clinical Practice (GCP): 2500 PLN
  2. The price includes:
    - participation in training activities,
    - training materials,
    - lunch and coffee.
  3. Applications may be submitted using the application form or via our webpage.
    Applications will be accepted no later than 7 days prior to beginning of the course. The schedule of the courses is provided in the application form and on our webpage.
  4. The participation fee should be paid no later than 7 days prior to beginning of the course on the following account:

    with an annotation: “Course (abbreviation)”, e.g. “Course EBM-B”
    Please, do not accomplish the payment till you receive an invoice!
  5. Participation may be cancelled no later than 3 working days prior to beginning of the course at the cost of 30% of the participation fee. After that date the fee will not be returned.
Courses take place in lecture halls in the center of Krakow. Venues are specified in the schedule.
In case of group applications the price may be negotiated and the program may be adjusted to the customer’s needs.
We recommend that participants of the Advanced Course should be knowledgeable about the problems covered by the Basic Course. Deficiencies in basic knowledge can make it difficult to take full advantage of the course and gain practical skills.
We reserve the right to change programs of the courses (with no effect on their scope) or to re-schedule or cancel a course.
